PRC Board of Chemistry led by its Ms. Adoracion P. Resurreccion, Chairman; Ms. Soledad S. Castañeda and Ms. Ma. Theresa C. Cayton, Members administered the licensure examinations on October 14-15, 2024.

The Chemistry board examinations have been held at testing centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Tacloban and Zamboanga.

The October 2024 Chemist Board Exam Result is expected to be released on October 21, 2024, that is according to PRC Resolution No. 1728 series of 2023, entitled “Schedule of the Licensure Exam for the Year 2024”

Chemist Exam Coverage

• Inorganic Chemistry (Fundamentals of inorganic chemistry; periodicity and inorganic reactions, including transition metal chemistry; and characterization of inorganic compounds)
• Organic Chemistry (Fundamentals of organic chemistry, including Biochemistry reactions and characterization of organic compounds)

Chemist board exam takers are instructed to visit PRC’s official website and go to the verification page to check the board examination results and their passing rate.

Chemist licensure examinees will be asked to give their application number, full name, date of birth, exam name, and date of examination.

To guarantee their attendance, all successful examinees who are interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking must register at http://online.prc.gov.ph no later than 12:00 NN on the day before the oath-taking.
