Alex Gonzaga wants to teach a basher this lesson
Actress-vlogger Alex Gonzaga revealed that she filed a complaint against her basher who called her “baog.”
Alex is vocal about her and her husband Mikee Morada’s journey to have their own child. The couple has been trying but unfortunately, because of some factors, they weren’t able to have what they have been wanting as parents.
It was a heartbreaking thing for them when Alex had her miscarriage. The couple received sympathy from fans and the online community. However, bashers threw negative comments to the actress-vlogger.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, Alex Gonzaga revealed that she filed a complaint against a basher who commented “baog” and “nalaglag.” She did this in order to teach a lesson.
“Hindi ako nasaktan personally. Pero tingin ko kailangang mag-stop ‘yung kapag sinasabihan kang baog. Sa gender, very sensitive na po tayo ngayon. Even sa body shaming,” the actress-vlogger said.
Alex pointed out that the term “baog” has been loosely used to childless women but people should be more sensitive. She said that she can tolerate and take this but not all women can handle this.
“May mga ganu’n talaga akong kilala na they can’t even talk about it,” she said, adding that many women have their inner struggles that other people do not know.
“Meron akong nademanda riyan. Ngayon, maglalabas na siya ng statement niya. Hindi ito para sa akin na nasaktan ako but because gusto kong maging conscious na tayo para lang hindi na dapat ginagamit ‘yung salitang baog, nalaglag,” she shared.
Alex Gonzaga said that in the digital world, people are already sensitive and bullying is not accepted. She pointed out that this aspect about women has not been given focus.
Right now, the actress-vlogger is waiting for a public apology from the said basher she complained because they forgiven that person.
Previously, Alex shared the reason why it was difficult for her to get pregnant. She also shared that they done something about this and they are expecting that she will become a mom soon.
