Concerned Mother Pens Open Letter to Pastor Over Alleged Bullying in Church
BULLYING – A concerned mother writes an open letter to the pastor over alleged bullying by church members.
Recently, Remedios Mondia, a Facebook user, wrote an open letter to Pastor Rolando Garcia, the leader of Awakening Church and CEO of Big Brew, due to concerns about bullying among the church members.
Mondia shared her frustration on social media after screenshots from a group chat revealed her daughter, Bianca Mondia, was being targeted. The post quickly circulated online and garnered various reactions from the internet community.
In her post, Remedios expressed disappointment over the behavior she witnessed within the church community. She pointed out that bullying appeared to be tolerated among certain members, which went against the values of love and respect that the church supposedly upholds.
The concerned netizen points out that as a leader, Pastor Rolando has a responsibility to build a positive environment within the church. She named specific individuals allegedly involved in the bullying and urged the pastor to take action, reminding him that his role carries great influence.
According to Remedios, creating a supportive space within the church is important, and bullying should not be allowed to undermine this goal.
Remedios called for reflection, not only from Pastor Rolando as a religious leader but also as a person with the power to shape the church’s culture. She emphasized the need for a compassionate environment where members can encourage and uplift each other rather than bring one another down.
As of this writing, Pastor Rolando has not responded publicly to the issue, but the hope is that steps will be taken to address the matter and ensure that such behavior is not tolerated within the church community.

“Open Letter to Pastor Rolando Garcia of Awakening and CEO of Big Brew
Dear Rolando,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you as the Mother of Bianca Mondia, one of your church members.
I feel obligated to address a serious concern regarding the behaviour that has been observed within your church. It appears that bullying is being tolerated. This troubling behaviour undermines the very values I think you’re aiming to support as a church.
The following individuals have been involved in this troubling behavior:
Reniel Entac
Cayla de Asis
Jeliza Domingo
Shine Rose Ann Lopez
Zhairine Ann Garcia
Gerard Dianito Libao
Louie Samonte
Michael Dalida Junio
Daniella Kwakkenbos
As a leader, your role carries great influence, and I believe it is crucial to cultivate a community built on love, respect, and support. Bullying, in any form, is harmful and contradicts the teachings of compassion and kindness that I hope your church stands for.
I urge you to reflect on this matter, not just as a pastor, but as someone who has the power to shape the church’s environment. Creating an inclusive, loving space should be a priority, where members can uplift each other, not tear one another down.
This is not an issue to take lightly, and I trust that you won’t make this a topic for amusement, considering the seriousness of the matter.
Thank you for your time and consideration. God bless Awakening and all the people who are part of it.
P.S. If it’s alright with you, could you share your address? I’d love to send you some Kikiams.”
