Carmina Villarroel had this answer when asked about Kyline Alcantara
Seasoned actress Carmina Villarroel showed that there is no issue with her if she and actress Kyline Alcantara are in one project.
Kyline was previously linked the Carmina’s son Mavy Legaspi. They were known as the MavLine loveteam and they did some projects together. Fans believed that they were more than just friends and onscreen partners.
Although both Kyline and Mavy expressed that they consider each other special, they never directly talked about the real score between them. Then, their loveteam was discontinued, and were not seen together onscreen after that.
When their rumored breakup circulated, an issue surfaced. Carmina Villarroel was accused of being a “pakialamera” mom to Mavy Legaspi. Kyline Alcantara’s supposed “cryptic posts” also fueled the issue.
Netizens also connected Carmina’s “cryptic posts” to the younger actress. However, the seasoned actress stressed that those were not about Kyline. Carmina also answered in a recent interview that “pakialamera” accusation against her.
Carmina was asked if she is okay to share the same frame with Kyline if they will work together on a project. “Ano ba, magkakilala naman kami, of course we’ve worked together. Parang ayoko na lang magsalita kasi ito na nga, pag magsasalita na naman ako may sasabihin na naman sila..” she answered.
The seasoned actress said that she does not want to say more about this because other people might misinterpret it again. She added that even though she would say something nice about Kyline, like ‘I wish her well,’ some people would still think negatively about this and accuse her of just being pretentious.
Carmina Villarroel also said that there is no problem if she and Kyline Alcantara will be in a project. “Why not, basta gusto ko na lang naman ng chill, ayoko na ng stress…” the seasoned actress stressed.
