Another Chinese man claimed that Alice Guo is a spy.
Wang Fu Gui, a friend of a self-proclaimed Chinese spy, identified Alice Guo as a spy but she was not a special one.
Wang Fu Gui confirmed to Sen. Risa Hontiveros’ office that Alice Guo, also known as Guo Hua Ping is a Chinese spy. Wang is the second one to make this claim about the former Bamban Mayor who has a mysterious and questionable background.
Wang Fu Gui is a friend and former cellmate of She Zhijiang. To recall, She Zhijiang claimed Guo was a spy in a documentary from Al Jazeera.
Guo appeared to be irritated when she saw the documentary stating that she’s denied a lot of time that she is a spy. She insisted in being a Filipino despite the matching details of the documents containing details about her and Guo Hua Ping.
Wang Fu Gui was entrusted by She with secret files and among these files was Guo’s information.
“Guo hua Ping was a spy but not a special one. It just so happens there is a copy of her state security background there. And her situation with Mr. She has a lot of similarities,” Wang claimed.
Wang said that the state security has recruited field agents. They have special hacking teams and chambers of commerce that are assigned to collect information of these agents abroad.
Guo’s “fake Filipino identity” is a secret and a weakness. He even went on to say that the Chinese state security funded Guo’s campaign for mayor back then. He added that there was a connection between spying operations and Philippine offshore gaming operations.
Wang was asked about Guo’s alleged assignment as a Chinese spy, however, she directed the Senators to She instead as he doesn’t know.
After hearing these, Guo appealed to the Senators to help her investigate. Her camp has already decided to file a case against Al Jazeera and she needed the help of the Senators in this investigation so she won’t be left in such a pitiful and miserable situation.
