Pia Wurtzbach Releases Statement After Comments On StyleNotCom’s Post

Pia Wurtzbach told netizens not to harass this fashion site

Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach released a statement telling netizens to stop harassing fashion site StyleNotCom after its post about the Fashion Week Dump.

Pia has established her name in the international fashion scene. She has attended fashion week shows and became an endorser of luxury fashion brands. However, her success came with controversy.

Aside from the supposed “rift” between her and Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista, Pia caught the attention of the online community, especially fashion enthusiasts because of a video she posted during the New York Fashion Week.

Eagle-eyed netizens immediately noticed that the video that Pia Wurtzbach about the Carolina Herrera show was actually from StyleNotCom. She was criticized because she initially did not put credit on her post and was accused of stealing the content. After the negative comments, the Miss Universe 2015 edited her caption and mentioned the fashion site.

A few days ago, StyleNotCom, managed by Georgian fashion editor Beka Gvishiani, shared a post with its signature blue tile and white text, based on the article in Inquirer. Netizens tagged Pia in their comments saying that some of the tiles are for her.

Insert a photo of your fashion show seat with your name on (but, only if you are in the front row). Can’t insert a photo from the row show because you don’t have it. Insert anything that is very demure and very mindful,” the fashion site stated in tiles.

It can be noticed that Heart Evangelista liked this post and commented with “Hahahahahh [fire emoji].”

In her Instagram Story on October 6, Pia Wurtzbach urged netizens to stop harassing StyleNotCom and encouraged the public to share positive things on the platforms. “It has come to my attention that some netizens are harassing @stylenotcom with abusive messages. I urge you to stop this behavior. Beka and I are on good terms and have no issues whatsoever,” the third Pinay Miss Universe said.

  1. Just go on & do your best Pia, you can’t please everyone especially the self-entitled bashers whose lives are full of hate & negativity as if they’re so important in your work. The other side continues to delve on hate & jealousy, obviously she wants to be the only diva of fashion, I had enough of her hateful innuendoes, a reflection of her values, attitude & deep-seated dysfunctional paranoia.
