Rayver Cruz shared this fact about his relationship with Julie Anne San Jose
Kapuso actor-host Rayver Cruz revealed that his romance with Asia’s Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose started in the singing competition The Clash.
Rayver and Julie’s relationship is something that brings “kilig” to JulieVer fans. Their togetherness started in friendship and eventually, they found themselves falling for each other.
In a recent article by King of Talk Boy Abunda in The Philippine Star, he talked about Rayver’s recent revelation about his relationship with Julie Anne.
Rayver Cruz shared that from friendship, romance bloomed between him and Julie Anne San Jose in their show The Clash. Both of them are the hosts of the singing competition with Ai-Ai dela Alas, Lani Misalucha, and Christian Bautista as judges.
The actor-host that this show holds a special place in his heart. Rayver revealed that when he realized that he felt more than friendship toward Julie Anne, he told her about this on the phone.
“Eh, siya iyong best friend ko. Hindi pa siya masyado nakasagot, pero parang naramdaman ko sa paghinga niya sa phone na parang kinilig din siya,” he shared.
Previously, Rayver also shared that he is aware that not all fans of his girlfriend are in favor of him. He would receive bashing sometimes from Julie Anne’s supporters but he does not dwell on this with the promise that he will never get tired of proving himself worthy of his girlfriend’s affection.
Meanwhile, during the same interview, Rayver Cruz admitted that belonging to the prominent Cruz clan in the Philippine entertainment industry was quite a pressure. Growing up, he was thinking that he should excel in dancing since his singing voice at that time was not yet well-developed.
Rayver has proven his versatility over the years. Aside from acting, he also excelled in dancing and hosting.
