Beauty queen Pia Wurtzbach confidently and beautifully marched the runway at L’Oreal Paris show as the first Filipina to do this.
Miss Universe 2015 titleholder Pia Wurtzbach is part of La Defile, L’Oreal Paris’ annual PFW show. This event gathers the brand’s ambassadors, fashion designers, and beauty experts.
Recently, the beauty queen was tapped as the face of L’Oreal Paris Makeup joining the likes of Kendall Jenner, Camila Cabello, and Eva Longoria. In addition to her growing fashion profile, she was also tapped to march the Place de l’Opera stage for L’Oreal Paris.
This is the runway of Le Défilé “Walk Your Worth” held on September 23, 2024, in Paris, France. The brand celebrates beauty and women’s visibility despite of their age, shape, and color.
The event was streamed live on L’Oreal Paris’ website and social media pages. On her IG, she shared some snaps of the moment before she walked the stage and stunned the people. Through her photos, her followers were able to see how she prepared for the show.
“It’s the calm before the storm. But I’m ready!” she wrote in her Instagram post.

This year, before she came for Paris Fashion Week, she graced fashion week events in Milan and New York. To recall, she started a career as a fashion influencer last year and has been doing well since she entered. Just this year, she was awarded Global Fashion Influencer of the Year in Dubai at the 2024 Emigala Fashion & Beauty Awards.
This was held in Festival Bay Arena By Intercontinental, Dubai Festival City graced by big people in the fashion and entertainment industry in the Arab world.
