Carlos Yulo, Chloe San Jose Reveal Messy Start of Relationship
CHLOE SAN JOSE – The girlfriend Carlos Yulo admitted that she had family problems when they were starting and she moved out from their home.
The Philippines and the Filipino people rejoiced during the 2024 Paris Olympics. The country finished the sports event as the best-performing Southeast Asian nation with the double gold medal win of Carlos Yulo and bronze medal wins of boxers Aira Villegas and Nesthy Petecio.
Carlos Yulo’s victory in the 2024 Olympics held in Paris, France marked as the Philippines first double gold win in the Olympics. He won gold medals in men’s floor exercise and vault event.
Caloy is the first Southeast Asian athlete to win two (2) gold medals in the Olympics. The Philippine government and several private entities were excited to reward the Filipino gymnastics legend.
For the pride and honor that he has brought the Philippines, Carlos Yulo received multi-million cash rewards and gifts from the Philippine government and several giant companies. He got residential properties and brand new cars.
However, amid the victory of Caloy, his family issues were also not able to skip the public’s eye. It is no secret to many people that he and his mother, Angelica Yulo, had a rift due to money issues.
Carlos Yulo also claimed that his mother does not favor his girlfriend, Chloe San Jose. She is a content vlogger who grew up in Australia. According to Caloy, his girlfriend was judged right away for her actions although she grew up in a different culture.
Recently, Carlos Yulo and Chloe San Jose visited the studio of Toni Gonzaga for his vlog interviews for Toni Talks. During the interview, Chloe shared that she was the first to have a family problem.
Chloe revealed moving out from their family’s home and be independent due to some family problems. For his part, Caloy admitted that he was worried and he was not able to sleep because he was not informed that she was moving out.
The couple also revealed that it was only 10 days after they started talking when he professed his love for her but, then, there was no response. They officially became a couple two (2) months after they started talking.
“Family problems din po… Nauna po ako,” Chloe said.
Carlos Yulo admitted that he and Chloe San Jose had a messy start in their relationship unlike other relationships that enjoy sharing the good stuff at the start of the relationship. They also had times when they were on a long distance relationship setup.
During the interview, Carlos and Chloe said they talked and made things clear. She clarified the behavior and things that she’s not comfortable with and he stepped up to fill in the gaps.
Carlos is vocal that Chloe is his rest and support amid the preparation for the Paris Olympics and even for his events prior to the Olympics. The couple recently returned to Paris and Chloe posted a sweet photo of her and Carlos taken abroad.
