Earlier, it was reported that the X-ray findings of Guo showed a possible lung infection. She was put in isolation. Based on a previous report, Guo will be transferred to the Pasig City Jail from the PNP Custodial Center in Camp Crame as ordered by Pasig City Regional Trial Court-Branch 167 as she faces non-bailable case of qualified human trafficking.

Recently, seven of the alleged cohorts of the dismissed mayor have turned themselves over to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). Based on NBI Director Jaime Santiago during a press conference, five have surrendered to the NBI Central Luzon and the other two to the NBI Task Force Alice Guo.

“Sila ang lumalabas na mga responsible doon sa Hongsheng incorporators at sa Zun Yuan incorporators,” says Santiago who added that these are the bogus corporations of Guo.

Five of them as identified by the NBI are Rachelle Joan Malonzo Carreon, Jamielyn Santos Cruz, Rita Sapnu Uyturralde, Rowena Gonzales Evangelista, and Thelma Barrogo Requiro. The other two are Roderick Paul Bernardo Puajante and Juan Miguel Alpas.

They are currently under the custody of the authorities as they have five arrest warrants issued against them for human trafficking charges.

Meanwhile, apart from the qualified human trafficking complaint, Guo is also facing another warrant of arrest issued by the Tarlac Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 109 for violation of the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act last September 5.
