The female customer expressed disappointment, stating that the restaurant had unclear pet guidelines and seemed to favor certain breeds over Aspins. Despite Yoda being considered a medium-sized dog, the restaurant enforced a rule that only dogs under 15 kg were allowed, a detail not posted on their website or social media.

Lara also pointed out that larger breeds, such as Labradors, were allowed in, making her feel that her dog was being unfairly treated.
