Married couple Melai Francisco and Jason Francisco copied the rewind loop video of Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera.
In a special reel during the GMA Gala 2024 season, the Kapuso Primetime King and Queen Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera went viral. In the video titled “Rendezvous”, they were seen in a rewind loop starting from the bed with their movements in backward motion.
It already amassed millions of views and as of this writing, more than 124k people viewed this reel.
Recently recreating this video was Melason, the collective name of married celebrity couple Melai and Jason Francisco. They made the video inspired by DongYan’s “Rendezvous” for this year’s Preview Ball and they easily caught the attention of many.
As expected, their humor was put in the video and it may not be as intense as DongYan’s video, theirs was exceptional because of their own touch. In the caption, Melai said, “Thank you Mr and Mrs Dingdong and Marian Dantes for the inspiration 😁😎🫰 Pre- Halloween Special treat 🤪🖤”
As they did the bed scene, a twist was made and showed that they are not the only ones inside the room.
“Tawang tawang tawa ako sa dulo!!!!!!!! Very very you!!!!!!!!” Jolina Magdangal quipped while Bianca Gonzalez said, “GRABE yung tawa ko hahahahhahahaaha melason forever!!!!”

Meanwhile, 18 years ago, Melason was formed inside the Pinoy Big Brother house and theirs was love story that did only deliver kilig but also proved that there’s true in show business. Melason was phenomenal and many years after with two daughters, they remained phenomenal. Their daughters are Amelia Lucille and Stela Rosalind.
Jason stepped out of the limelight while Melai remained and continued to entertain people through her hosting skills with her own brand of comedy.
