Firefighters in North Caloocan Save Cash from Residential Fire

On Wednesday (September 4, 2024), a traffic incident took place in Barangay 171, Bagumbong, North Caloocan City. Despite a fierce fire that engulfed a home in Brilliant Stone, the Bagumbong Fire Rescue team managed to recover a large sum of cash from the scene.
The fire broke out early in the morning, but thanks to the quick response from the firefighters, they were able to prevent the cash from being completely destroyed. The firefighters, led by Chairman Romy Rivera and Fire Chief Rex “Bravo” Ampig, retrieved the money and handed it back to the homeowner, demonstrating a true act of heroism amidst the chaos.
The Bagumbong Fire Rescue team, which included members such as Bagumbong Bravo, Bagumbong 03, Bagumbong 13, Bagumbong 23, and probationary firefighters Lloyd, Rence, and Khayle, worked diligently to ensure that the cash was saved from the flames.
Their quick actions helped preserve the integrity of the money, which was returned to its owner in surprisingly good condition.
