BINI Fan Buys Wrong Concert Ticket Due to Technical Issue on Ticketing Website

BINIverse – A Bini fan ends up buying the wrong concert ticket due to a technical issue on the ticketing website.

Recently, a fan of the popular P-pop girl group was trying to buy a ticket for the group’s most anticipated “Grand BINIverse” concert but ended up with a VIP ticket for a different artist. The mistake was allegedly due to a website glitch.

A Twitter/X user @kexia7145 or Kassy De Guzman explained that while trying to purchase a ticket for BINI’s concert on November 18, the ticketing site crashed. When the site finally worked again, she accidentally bought a VIP ticket to Martin Nievera’s concert instead.

Martin Nievera is also known as the “Concert King” and will be celebrating his 42nd anniversary with a performance on September 27, 2024. The content is called “The King 4Ever”.

Meanwhile, BINI’s “Grand BINIverse” concert, scheduled for November 16 to 18, 2024 at the SMART Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, has generated a lot of excitement. The tickets for the first two days sold out in just a few hours when they went on sale on September 1. Due to high demand, a third day was added, which also sold out quickly.

Kassy reached out to social media for help in selling the mistakenly purchased ticket. She asked people to retweet her post to find a buyer, and she requested understanding from others, as it was her first time buying tickets online.

Another female fan also experienced similar issues when buying BINI tickets. She also shared a screenshot of Martin Nievera’s concert ticket.

“Hindi ko alam kung may glitch ang TicketNet while purchasing Bini’s D3 [Day 3 concert], pero bakit nakapag-avail ako ng concert ni Mr. Martin Nievera?” the fan wrote in a Facebook post.
