In the recent hearing, young Kapuso actor Sandro Muhlach narrated in details the happenings that night. It was the incident regarding the case he filed against Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, independent contractors from GMA network.
In the recent hearing, Richard “Dode” Cruz was not able to attend the hearing on August 27 as he was confined at the St. Luke’s BGC. Jojo Nones, on the other hand, was there, as well as Nino Muhlach, the father of Sandro.
About that night
When he entered the hotel room, he saw a “lasing na lasing” Dode Cruz and Jojo introduced him to Cruz. Dode rose up from the bed and right after the introduction part, they made him drink wine. He also handed him a Php 500 bill and he saw them putting a white substance on the table.
The young actor doesn’t have any idea of the substance but he witnessed them parting it using the hotel room key card. After that, they taught him how to do it. They did it first by inhaling the white substance and they made him do it right after.
Minutes passed and he was being pulled to the bed by “Sir Jojo” while he saw Cruz taking off his polo.
“Then, si Dode Cruz po… si Dode Cruz po, tinanggal po yung polo ko. Bigla po niyang… bigla po niyang sinuck yung ni**les ko po. Parehas. Sobrang sakit po.”
“Then… si Sir Jojo po, binaba po yung pantalon ko. Tapos… Sir, sobrang laswa po, it’s gonna be…”
Senator Jinggoy Estrada noticed his difficulty to find the right words to say. The senator cut him off to not further the torment as he recalled that night and said, “They took turns.”
Muhlach agreed to what Estrada said.
