Actor Sandro Muhlach makes his first appearance at a senate hearing and here’s his revelations about the incident.
Actor Sandro Muhlach filed charges against two independent contractors of GMA Network. The filing happened before the Department of Justice (DoJ) on Monday, August 19. He accused Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz of serious acts.
Virtually, Sandro appeared at the hearing, the 4th hearing of the Senate Committee on Public Information and Mass Media on the complaints and both of the accused were also present.
Sandro details incident
The young actor was asked by Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Estrada about the incident and right there, he recalled what happened. According to Sandro, Nones texted him at 3:59 AM asking him if he’s already gone home after the GMA Gala Night to which the said GMA contractor has confirmed.
The string of messages was about several things including the project where Nones planned to cast him. The conversation then shifted to talks about drinking alcohol with Nones adding he can order more. The actor asked him who he was with and stopped after knowing that he was alone.
He wasn’t thinking bad but it’s just that it’s not appealing that they drink just the two of them together. At 4:37 AM, Nones texted him again saying he’s with “drama peeps” and that they’re “wrapping up in a bit” which attracted the actor. He then asked if he can go with them as he also wants to bond with the drama team.
“It’s an opportunity for an artist like me to talk to them,” he said. When he came, he saw Cruz lying on the bed, drunk, while Nones offered him wine. They did not go into the specific details but the actor of the lawyer expressed that he still gets affected and triggered when recalling the events and can’s share it without getting emotional.
He drank the wine and was made to inhale something that drove him numb. Asked how the incident happened, the actor said, “Hindi po ako nag lie down. Hinila po ako sa bed.”
Nones was accordingly the one who pulled him to bed and that was where everything started.

Previously, Sandro admitted he is not okay following the alleged incident he is involved with the two GMA independent contractors. In the recent hearing he attended, he testified via video teleconference.
The GMA Network has placed the two contractors on preventive suspension already.
