Beauty queen-actress Ruffa Gutierrez shared a new selfie of hers on social media and here’s the comment of her ex-husband.
Yilmaz Bektas, ex-husband of actress Ruffa Gutierrez, is a Turkish businessman. They have two daughters namely Lorin and Venice and he was among the people who consoled the actress when her sister-in-law Alexa Gutierrez died.
She is the unica hija of Eddie Gutierrez and Annabelle Rama. As much as we all know, Ruffa and Yilmaz went through a highly publicized separation in 2007. Their marriage was officially annulled in 2012.
On their official statement confirming their separation, the main reason for their separation was their “cultural differences”. Years after their separation, Lorin and Venice reunited with their father. The reunion happened in 2022 and this was years in the making. They went to Istanbul.
Despite their separation, Ruffa and Yilmaz maintained a civil relationship but this was a process. Now that everyone’s fully healed, many people could not help but gush over their good relationship.
In the new selfie Ruffa posted, her ex-husband left a comment which caught the attention of many netizens. The comment says, “You look good đ”.
Meanwhile, on their wedding day many years ago, it was double celebration as Ruffa was almost three months pregnant with their first child Lorin at that time. On September 11, 2004, Ruffa and Yilmaz welcomed their second daughter Venice in Los Angeles.
Just like the other separations, they also tried to work things out before they made everything final. It was a process but after the many considerations they did, they decided to breakup with Ruffa coming back here in the Philippines.
15 years after, their two daughters saw their father in the flesh. All the while, it was Yilmaz who wanted to be reunited with his daughters as he has not seen them in this length of time.
