Annette Gozon spoke about the Sandro Muhlach Issue
Sandro Muhlach Issue – GMA senior vice president Annette Gozon-Valdez denied the “settlement” claim written on a news site.
The 23-year-old son of seasoned actor Niño Muhlach filed a complaint against GMA independent contractors Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz for allegedly harassing him. Sandro is one of the newest talents of Sparkle GMA Artist Center.
The alleged harassment incident happened at Nones and Cruz’s hotel room after the GMA Gala 2024.
In a recent statement made by Niño during a Senate hearing, he shared that he agreed to face the accused after the alleged incident happened. The meeting happened at the home of GMA senior vice president Anette Gozon-Valdez, and according to Bilyonaryo.com’s report, the Kapuso executive brokered the meeting.
Sandro’s father said, “They (Nones & Cruz) were crying when they apologized and even offered to donate a certain amount to a charitable institution of my choice just to settle the issue.”
Niño said that his reply to this was he could forgive them but they had to face the consequences of what they did. However, Nones denied that he and Cruz apologized to the seasoned actor. Niño also mentioned that Annette Gozon was their witness at that time.
In a Facebook post, the GMA senior vice president shared a screenshot of this headline from online news site Bilyonaryo. In the caption of her post, Annette Gozon stressed that this is “Fake sensationalized news.”
She also clarified that there “was NEVER an attempt from anyone to broker or have a settlement” and that the alleged incident did not happen during the GMA Gala or any Kapuso event. Then, she stressed that both parties just wanted to meet face-to-face and talk privately.
