PRC announced that Real Estate Appraiser Board Exam Results August 2024 are set to be released today (August 12, 2024)
The Professional Regulation Commission will release the REALE Results August 2024 including list of passers, top 10 passers, and top-performing schools within three working days after the last day of examinations.
PRC Resolution No. 1728 series of 2023, entitled “Schedule of the Licensure Exam for the Year 2024” states that Real Estate Appraiser Board Exam Result August 2024 will be out on August 12 (Monday).
REALE takers should expect that Real Estate Appraiser Board Exam Results might be released earlier or later than the expected date.
REALE RESULT SUMMARY
In the event that someone is unable to attend the mass oath-taking, they can still participate virtually or ask to be sworn in specifically. The schedule will be made public on the official website after confirmation.
By choosing “e-OATH” as the transaction, you can make an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph. The online registration period will finish five (5) calendar days before to the day of the online oath.
It is required of inductees to print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, which can be obtained through PRC Online Services on the official PRC website.
The inductees will proceed with the Initial Registration following the taking of the oath by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
A few working days after the results are posted, the online verification of test scores and ratings for the real estate appraiser license exams administered by the PRC Board of Real Estate Service will be accessible.
Those who are successful can check their board examination passing rate by visiting the Verification Page on the PRC official website.
As stated, a passer is only required to submit their birthdate, first and last name, application number, exam name, and exam date.
