As announced, 941 out of 1,440 passed the Real Estate Appraiser Board Exam August 2024. The full result was released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in two (2) working days after the exams.

The examination was conducted on August 8, 2024, and as stated, the result was released in after two working days since the last day of the examination.
Registration
The registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line through www.prc.gov.ph. This will start on October 10, 2024.

- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
