Lady Customer Expresses Frustration Because The Staff Gave The Wrong Items

A lady customer expressed her frustrating experience with JCO Megamall after the staff gave her the wrong items.

Recently, the Facebook account BABy H. MB Cakes & Baking Supplies online shop shared her disappointment when the doughnuts she ordered didn’t match her request. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.

The customer ordered nearly 40 boxes of JCO doughnuts, asking specifically for boxes with doughnuts that had no holes in the middle. She only wanted one doughnut with a hole in each box.

Trusting that the staff would fulfill her request, she didn’t check each box individually when she picked up her order. However, upon arriving in Palawan and opening the boxes, she found that most of the doughnuts had holes, which was not what she had asked for.

The woman took to Facebook to express her disappointment, noting that despite her specific request, the staff didn’t follow it. She acknowledged that the JCO staff were friendly but felt let down because her special request was not met.

The latter suggested that if a request cannot be fulfilled, the staff should inform customers beforehand.

The lady customer described how she placed an initial order of 18 dozen doughnuts and 13 JPOPS. After an hour, she returned to add 5 more boxes of JPOPS and later added another 4 dozen doughnuts. Despite the detailed order, the final result did not meet her expectations, leading to her disappointment.

The customer remains a fan of JCO doughnuts, but this experience has emphasized the importance of accurate order fulfillment and clear communication between staff and customers. She hopes future orders will be handled more carefully to avoid similar issues.
