Doubling the pride for the country is Carlos Yulo who won two gold medals at the Paris Olympics 2024. Over the weekend, two gold medals were snatched by the 24-year-old athlete.

Carlos was able to clinch his first gold medal at the Paris Olympics 2024 on Saturday, August 3, during the men’s artistic gymnastics floor exercise final. It was a history made being the first gold medal for the country at the Paris 2024, the first male athlete to claim this, and the first for the gymnastics.

In less than 24 hours, he claimed another one on Sunday, August 4, during the vault final event. He made history with such an incredible feat. The city of Manila is also now preparing for a grand parade to welcome home Yulo as their “way of paying tribute to Caloy’s greatness”.

Also, incentives continue to pour for Yulo after his double gold feat. On top of the list is the cash incentive he is going to take home which will make him an instant millionaire. He will receive a total of USD 449,100 or Php 26,000,000.00 in cash.

On the first spot is Hong Kong with USD 768,000 or Php 44,437,632.00 approximately after their athletes won gold in fencing and swimming. Next is Taiwan with USD 610,000 each or Php 35,295,515.00 after the pair for men’s doubles badminton snatched the gold.
