Actress Bianca Manalo and her partner Senator Win Gatchalian was caught kissing behind Department of Education (DepEd) Secretary Sonny Angara and here are their reactions to this.
Bianca and Sen. Win have been together for many years. With this, many instances have occurred that the actress has been spotted at political events. Just recently, Bianca attended a Senate session.
Sec. Angara shared on his Instagram page a photo of him while speaking but in the background, it showed that Bianca and Sen, Win were kissing. In the caption of his post, jokingly wrote that many people were enticed by his speech as he brings people together.
In the comment section of Sec. Angara’s post, Sen. Win quipped that they failed in good manners and right conduct. The Senator also said that they did not know that the camera was focused on them. Sec. Angara said that it was alright as many people would even say “sana all.” In her comment, the actress simply wrote, “Oh my gosh.”
Bianca shared a post about this as well on her Instagram page. The actress said that it was her first time to visit Sen. Win at the Senate floor. Senators were saying their thank yous and goodbyes to Angara who was recently named as the DepEd Secretary.
However, she had to leave early because she was scheduled to watch a play at the GSIS theater, which is behind the Senate building. Saying her goodbye to Sen. Win, they kissed without knowing that it was caught by the camera.
“We didn’t know we will be seen on the monitor while Secretary Sonny was having his goodbye speech,” she said. In the comment section of her post, many celebrities commented with red heart emojis. Sec. Angara even wrote “Tamis, tamis.”
