Currently a controversial topic on various social media platforms is Sandro Muhlach. This talk became more intense because of the cryptic posts he shared on his online accounts and based on the rumors and blind items, the other people involved in the issue are two independent contractors. The incident occurred after the GMA Gala 2024.
What also caught the attention of many people online are the angry posts of Nino Muhlach, his wife, and the other members of the Muhlach family.
Amid all these, GMA broadcaster Arnold Clavio wrote a narrative that is quite timely with the recent controversy. He spoke about how rampant abuse is not just in the show business field. He talked about how some of the newbies had to resort with such mistreatment from those who are in power to reach their success, which is fame in show business.
What’s even worse is that their hands are tied and their mouths are covered to tell their truth in fear that it might negatively impact their career and affect their family and other aspects of their life.
However, in his narrative, the broadcaster insisted bravery to the victims as they are not alone.
He wrote, “Isang malakas na sigaw ng “AYOKO!” ang iparating natin sa mga hinayupak na mapagsamantala sa kahinaan ng iba.”
The victims must receive support from industry and more importantly, they need to learn how to say no. It is important to refuse when maligned and it is important to speak up when abused.
One must put a stop to this kind of abusive system. Towards the end of his post, he acknowledged the existence of the rumors and assured the people that the network is working on it without biases and with neutrality.
