Recently, a rumor has surfaced. The Lucena Mayor is allegedly Kathryn Bernardo’s “manliligaw”. This rumor came after claims about the ABS-CBN superstar having non-showbiz suitor emerged online.
Who is Mark Alcala?
Mark Don Victor Benitez Alcala is the current mayor Lucena City. He succeeded his father Roderick Alcala claiming this position at the age of 26. He is the youngest mayor of Lucena.
Before taking this responsibility, he was trained and got several experiences from various activities. He was the Youth Ambassador of the Local Youth Development Council and was the executive assistant for support services under the City Mayor’s Office.
He supports “Kabalikat sa Pagsulong ng Edukalidad” received recognition from the Lucena GPTA Federation.
Alcala is a De La Salle University graduate with a degree in BS Business Management. In the same university, he was able to do his passion in basketball. He was a varsity player. Later on, he pursued public service and he was inspired by his father.
He was officially proclaimed as the Lucena City’s Mayor on May 10, 2022.
Now, is Mayor Alcala courting Kathryn? Based on a previous article, an unimpeachable source of PEP claimed that this is true, however, they are yet to address this.
