Luke Wrightson Proposes to KaladKaren in London
KALADKAREN – The impersonator got engaged to his long-time boyfriend, Luke Wrightson, for the second time around.
One of the most popular members of the LGBT community in the Philippines is Jervi Ryan Lisaba or more popularly called by his stage name, KaladKaren. He gained prominence as the impersonator of ABS-CBN reporter Karen Davila.
The Karen Davila impersonator was part of several acting projects. He also runs a YouTube channel where he would usually post updates about his personal life as well as his conversations with other known personalities in the country.
Aside from Vice Ganda, he is one of the popular advocates of the LGBT rights. Undeniably, being both popular, there were even instances when KaladKaren was compared with Vice Ganda and he spoke his thoughts about it.
Being a content creator aside from being an impersonator, a lot of people know that KaladKaren is engaged to his long-time partner, Luke Wrightson. It was in the midst of the pandemic in 2020 when Luke asked for Jervi’s hand to marriage which the latter answered yes.
The first engagement of the couple happened at the balcony of the apartment where they’re staying. Recently, they flew abroad for what Jervi thought to be just a prenup shoot. They went to London.
What KaladKaren did not expect was that Luke Wrightson will propose to him for the second time around. According to Karen Davila’s impersonator, he was really surprised that he proposed again and this time in their favorite city and with a ring as an upgrade.

Jervi and Luke were together for eight years already when he proposed to him in 2020. The impersonator’s boyfriend is a seafarer so there are months when they are on a long-distance-relationship (LDR).
