Marian Rivera expresses support for her husband no matter where direction he goes to
Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera reacted to the rumors that he husband Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes would enter the political arena.
Marian and Dingdong have been very supportive of each other’s showbiz careers. With their busy careers, the couple also knows how to balance their time for each other and for their kids Zia and Sixto.
Just like many celebrities, Dingdong has been a subject also of talks about politics. During the administration of former President Ninoy Aquino, he served as the Commissioner-at-Large for the National Youth Commission.
Last year, rumors surfaced that Dingdong Dantes will run in the 2025 elections. He said that public service has been of his life and will continue to help through whatever means this could be possible. On the other hand, as of now, this is the only thing he can commit.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, Marian Rivera was asked about the rumored political plan of her husband. The actress said that she can’t say anything about this because only her husband can answer this. On the other hand, Marian said that she is ready to support her husband in whatever endeavor he will take in the future.
“Ay hindi ako makakasagot niyan, asawa ko ang makakasagot niyan, pero sabi ko nga sa kanya anuman ang destination na puntahan niya kami ng mga anak ko nandoon kami sa likod niya to support him all the way,” Marian said.
Meanwhile, Marian shared that for every project that she and Dingdong receive, they would discuss it with each other, and this goes also with the endorsements offered to their kids. The actress said that since Zia is a bit grown up now, she and Dingdong would ask their daughter if she would like to do a certain project or not.
