MARIAN RIVERA – The Kapuso actress was stunning in her “less is more”, showstopping look for the GMA Gala 2024.
This year’s GMA Gala red carpet event has a bling theme. Some of the biggest and brightest stars of the industry graced the event for a dazzling night filled with glitz and glamour. The gala took place at the Grand Ballroom of Marriott Hotel Manila.
Several celebrities attended in their black outfit and a portion wore white with some touch of sparkle. And one of the head-turners of the event looking classic and elegant in her less is more ensemble. she made jaws drop with her minimalist look.
About her look
The Kapuso star wore a custom Nicole + Felicia couture gown. It is a strapless sleek black gown featuring Swarovski-encrusted rosettes in the bust. The stones added sparkle to her look.
To make sure that the look is the focus, she wore pieces of jewelry that complemented the chic yet minimalist look without overpowering it. Her stylists are Melville Sy and Maita Baello of Studio 24.
Her hand carried a made-to-order Bottega Veneta Knot clutch made with Himalayan leather. For her jewelry, she put on diamond stud earrings with a matching ring along with her engagement ring and wedding band. Her hair was also simple in soft waves.
For her feet, she walked with a pair of Sergio Rossi shoes. Everything she put on was simple and minimal allowing her couture gown to shine and stand out.
This year is the third year of the GMA Gala. It was first launched in July 2022 to celebrate GMA Network’s 72nd anniversary. This event also served as a fundraising event for the benefit of the GMA Kapuso Foundation.
