Concert Queen Pops Fernandez reacted to rumors that she and A-list actor Piolo Pascual had a child.
Back in 2021, Pops revealed the past that she shared with Piolo. It was during her Jojowain, Totropahin, Dededmahin o Dadakmain Challenge vlog with her friends on her YouTube channel.
Names of famous male celebrities were mentioned. She revealed at that time that Piolo became her “jowa.” The singer-actress also mentioned that 90s matinee idol Aga Muhlach was one of her exes.
Apparently, the revelation that Pops Fernandez had about her past with Piolo Pascual became the core of the rumors circulating on Facebook. Several showbiz pages claimed that Pops and Piolo had a child.
Abante entertainment write Jun Lalin shared in his recent article that one of his friends asked if it was true that Piolo and Pops had a child and that they already admitted about this. The columnist stressed that the answer to this was a big “no.” Lalin shared that his friend saw this rumor on Facebook.
He pointed out that Pops did not disappear in the scene for that long to hide a supposed child. Lalin also said that it was indeed true that Pops and Piolo had a relationship but it is a big lie that some people claimed that they had a child.
The columnist also shared Pops’s reaction when asked about this speculation about her and Piolo. She just laughed at it and she was aware of this because people have been sending her this rumor from Facebook. Pops also said that people asked her if this is true or not.
“Hindi na lang ako nagsasalita. Pero, fake news nga,” she stressed. The singer-actress said that people who post like this on Facebook as their content just wanted to earn money. On the other hand, Pops Fernandez is hoping that this will already stop because some people are believing these lies.
