Shaina Magdayao was asked about the real score with Piolo Pascual
Kapamilya actress Shaina Magdayao said that there is no love angle between her and actor Piolo Pascual.
The rumors linking Shaina and Piolo have been lingering in showbiz for quite a while already. In 2021, the rumors hyped up when their sweet photos surfaced on social media. At that time, when Piolo was asked about this, he said that they had been asked about the real relationship between them and they had the same question.
The actor also said that what people see is what they get. Last month, talking about their new project together, the Kapamilya series Pamilya Sagrado, Piolo flexed his good friend Shaina.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, Shaina Magdayao talked about working with Piolo Pascual after a long time. She said that her first mature role when she was 17 years old was with Piolo in the series Lobo.
“Siya ‘yung first, siya ‘yung first love scene ko, siya ‘yung first kissing scene ko. So first ever mature role ko ‘yun,” the actress shared. She also said that after many years, she has matured when it comes to her acting and it would be exciting what she and Piolo could offer now to the audience.
Shaina added that when it comes to their friendship, she also learned a lot of new things about Piolo.
Then, the actress was asked if there is something romantic between them. She said that there is nothing to be rekindled between her and the actor.
“But, definitely may bagong…like what I said, may bagong side of him ang na, naded-iscover ko every bubble. And, I guess ako din. Like, this is the Shaina that he’s never really seen. Wala naman kaming love angle. Grabe kayo,” she stressed.
Shaina Magdayao also said that she has known Piolo Pascual since she was 8 years old and when asked about the possibility of their future together, she said that she does not know for now because people can change.
On the other hand, she said that any woman could be happy with Piolo, not just because he is a good man but because he is also surrounded by good people in his life.
