Persons of Interest in Missing Beauty Queen Case Includes Former Policemen
PERSONS OF INTEREST – Four people were arrested by the authorities in line with the case of the missing beauty queen and her Israeli boyfriend.
Recently, news reports about a missing beauty queen crossed the surface. Geneva Lopez, a candidate of Mutya ng Pilipinas Pampanga, and her boyfriend, Yitchak Cohen, went missing since June 21.
Mutya ng Pilipinas Pampanga previously released a statement clarifying that they had no event last June 21. Based on the statement issued and posted online, it was intended for the rest of the candidates.
The last thing that the family of Geneva knew was that she and Yatchik were off to Capas, Tarlac to check on a lot. Since then, they have heard nothing from the couple.
The family of Yitchak Cohen put up a reward money of Php 250,000 for any information that could lead to where the couple possibly is. The reward money regarding the missing beauty queen and her boyfriend went pass a million.
Previously, a burnt vehicle was found in Tarlac. The authorities checked the vehicle and belongings of the Mutya ng Pilipinas Pampanga candidate were found inside the burnt car in Tarlac.
Seven people were tagged as persons of interest in the case including the middleman. According to the authorities, the middleman confirmed that he met the couple before they disappeared.
Based on a recent report on ABS-CBN News, four (4) persons of interest were arrested by the authorities regarding the case of the missing beauty queen and her boyfriend. These individuals include two former police officers, a real estate middleman, and another person of interest.
The Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) authorities also unearthed two (2) bodies in Capas, Tarlac which the authorities believe to the missing beauty queen and her boyfriend’s bodies. The remains will undergo investigation and DNA testing to determine if they belong to the missing couple.
