In an interview, Barbie Forteza describes her relationship with actor Jak Roberto and how he is as her boyfriend.
Kapuso couple Barbie Forteza and Jak Roberto are going strong in their real-life relationship which is now in its 7th year. Speaking about their relationship, the Kapuso actress believed that it reached this point mostly because of her boyfriend who handles everything about their relationship and their career in a mature way.
On Friday’s “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda”, the actress admitted that one of the things she is guilty about is how her career now is challenging their quality time together. She admitted that there was a point when she had to set him aside because of BarDa, her love team with David Licauco. However, Jak, her boyfriend, has always been supportive.
He supports her all the way and even proud of the #BarDa love team success. In the interview, she shared that he would even be the one to initiate a celebration whenever BarDa reaches a certain victory such as landing on new endorsements or shows.
“Very secure siya sa sarili niya na he lets his woman shine kahit not with him,” she said.
In the same interview, she also shared how Jak is as a boyfriend to an alpha woman like her. She’s always seen herself as an alpha woman but with Jak, she would often find herself folding because of his mature ways in dealing with her.
He is accordingly the type who would always try to calm her down and would never level the height of her emotions.
She shared in the interview, “Pagdating sa relationship namin, napapatiklop ako nung Jak eh. Hindi ko alam kung bakit.”
