Former Actress Gretchen Barretto Speaks on Wanting Lips To Be Like Angelina Jolie’s then
GRETCHEN BARRETTO – The former actress recalled her Angelina Jolie-inspired lips and the people’s comment that she “looks like fish”.
One of the most beautiful celebrities in the Philippines is Gretchen Barretto. She had her acting career and did several television series but it was a short showbiz stint for the former actress. She chose to focus on being a mom to her only daughter.
Gretchen is the common-law partner of business giant Tonyboy Cojuangco. They have a daughter, Dominique Cojuangco, who just gave birth to her first-born baby with her businessman husband Michael Hearn.
The former actress also managed several businesses. Undeniably, she is one of the richest former actresses in the country. She does not anymore have to personally come to beauty clinics as she can have a luxurious skin care treatment service in her home.
In a recent vlog of celebrity beauty doctor Aivee Teo, Gretchen Barretto recalled the time when Doc Aivee would visit Gretchen Barretto’s home to provide exclusive beauty treatments to the former actress. The celebrity doctor would visit the actress’ home twice or thrice a week.
According to Gretchen, mesolipo treatment was one of her favorite procedures then. They would put the massage beds in the living room during her treatment at her house.
Gretchen Barretto also recalled the time when she wanted her lips to be like the lips of Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie. Then, Dra. Aivee Teo was against the idea of the former actress but she really wanted it.
“Oh my God, the days of my lips! I wanted to be like Angelina Jolie. I’m like, ‘No Aivee… bigger!” La Greta recalled.
The celebrity doctor was against the desire of Gretchen but she insisted. But, according to Doc Aivee during the interview, she cannot stop La Greta.
“Lumaki nang lumaki! People were like, ‘She looks like a fish’,” Gretchan said.
Despite what other people said about her Angelina Jolie-inspired lips and even if Dra. Aivee Teo was against the idea, Gretchen Barretto loved how it turned out. The celebrity doctor also recalled that when La Greta wants something, she would go for more.
