Find Out How taylor Swift Gears Up For Her Concert
TAYLOR SWIFT – Find out how Pop superstar Taylor Swift prepare for her Eras Tour concert.
Is it possible for someone to sing a Taylor Swift song while running on a treadmill? Well, there’s actually a performer who can do an entire “Eras Tour” setlist that way. This might come as a surprise to some, or perhaps not.
As Taylor Swift tours the world and performs in various climates, fans are interested in how the “All Too Well” singer stays fit. With about 50 shows left on the second leg of her tour, her fitness routine is just as remarkable as her shows.
So, how does she do it?
During an interview with Time last year, which was reported by People, the singer-songwriter of “Cruel Summer” disclosed her rigorous workout routine that she commenced six months prior to the tour’s launch in March 2023. Her distinct method includes singing the entire setlist while running on the treadmill. Yes, Swift is capable of doing that herself.
“I run fast for fast songs and jog or fast walk for slow songs,” Tay explained, ensuring she was prepared for her three-hour sets.
Staying disciplined, Taylor Swift also mentioned that she avoids alcohol while on tour and continues to work out between shows to maintain her strength and stamina.
“I’m going on that stage whether I’m sick, injured, heartbroken, uncomfortable, or stressed,” she confirmed. “That’s part of my identity as a human being now. If someone buys a ticket to my show, I’m going to play it unless we have some sort of force majeure.”
In addition, Swift gives importance to rest by having what she refers to as “dead days.” On these occasions, she is said to spend almost the entire day in bed, only getting up to bring food to eat in bed. She views this as the perfect scenario, stating that after doing three consecutive shows, she can hardly speak and her feet make crunching sounds from dancing in high heels. Nevertheless, despite these obstacles, she feels more satisfied than ever.
