4-Year-Old Boy Expresses Disappointment Over Ice Cream Tub Containing Frozen Meat
A four-year-old boy has expressed his disappointment when he opened an ice cream tub containing frozen meat instead of his favorite dessert.
A young boy named Wren Marco Madamba got a surprising disappointment when he opened an ice cream tub at home. Instead of finding his favorite dessert inside, the container was filled with frozen meat.
Wren was so excited when he saw the ice cream container, as ice cream is one of his favorite treats. His top flavors are cheese and strawberry. However, his excitement quickly turned to dismay when he opened the tub to find not ice cream, but cold pork meat inside.
The child’s grandmother dubbed as Lomi or Lola Mommy, had put the meat inside the ice cream container as a prank. But Wren’s grandfather, Lodi or Lolo Daddy, made it up to the disappointed boy by buying him a real tub of ice cream.
“Ang cute mo pag nagagalit ka. Halika na iha-hug kita. ‘wag ka na magtatampo. Thank you po lodi po,” said Wren.
The unexpected surprise made Wren so happy that he sang with joy. Besides ice cream and pork belly (liempo), Wren also loves the classic Japanese anime series Voltes V. He often sings along to the theme song and mimics Voltes V’s poses.
Though the ice cream switch was disappointing, Wren’s mom Abby hopes he grows up feeling very loved and supported by his whole family. She said, “Kahit hanggang paglaki niya alam niyang niyang well-loved and well-supported siya ng buong family. Di ba? Alam mo naman na love kita.”
