Is it true that Charlie Dizon and Carlo Aquino are tying the knot today?
A post surfaced stating that today is the wedding of Kapamilya celebrity couple Charlie Dizon and Carlo Aquino.
The rumored wedding of Charlie and Carlo started to circulate early this year. This was because of what talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz’s source shared. Then, it was said that the wedding would happen this month of June.
Amid the wedding speculations, Charlie and Carlo did not speak about this. On the other hand, during Charlie’s acceptance speech as the 47th Gawad Urian Best Actress, based on the article in PEP, she appeared to be hinting at her marital union with her boyfriend.
The actress mentioned that this award is “sobrang gandang regalo” for her. She thanked the people she worked with in the movie Third World Romance. Charlie Dizon also thanked Carlo Aquino.
“And, siyempre, sa partner ko po and my lucky charm, kay Carlo, I share this with you. Wala siya dito ngayon, pero yan, may trophy tayo! Thank you po,” the award-winning actress said.
When she appeared to forget about her family, Charlie said, “And ayan, thank you po sa lahat. Ay! Sa pamilya ko po pala! Sorry!” This made the audience laugh.
She also shared that her family went home from the US. PEP entertainment writer Gorgy Rula shared that they were sitting near Direk Dwein Baltazar, Charlie’s movie director, who said to someone that the actress’s wedding would be tomorrow, when she said, “sobrang gandang regalo.”
When Charlie was asked about this, she did not give a direct answer as well as when she asked why her family is currently in the Philippines.
