Miles Ocampo was asked about Elijah Canlas
Actress-host Miles Ocampo talked about her current relationship status with Kapamilya actor Elijah Canlas.
What Miles and Elijah went through in their relationship is quite known to many showbiz fans. They first went public in May 2022 when they had their sweet messages on social media. From that, they would share glimpses of their relationship.
However, in November 2023, Elijah confirmed his breakup with Miles. Amid the breakup issue, the actress did not speak about the breakup but reportedly, Miles was surprised that the actor immediately confirmed it.
Early this year, reports surfaced that Elijah Canlas and Miles Ocampo got back together. They were spotted again together in different instances and their sweet photos together surfaced online.
Just recently, Elijah spoke about the status of his relationship with Miles. In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, the actress was also asked about her relationship now with the actor.
“We’re happy, we’re happy. Yun na lang po ang gusto kong i-share talaga kasi kaming dalawa, masaya naman po kami talaga,” she said.
Miles added that with everything that has happened, she prefers to just be quiet. The actress was asked to confirm if she and Elijah got back together and are now enjoying their second chance.
She paused to think before answering the question and said that she was getting sweaty about that. “Parang feeling ko, hindi naman kailangang malaman ng lahat as long as kung ano po ang nakikita n’yo na masaya kami, masaya kami,” she said.
Miles Ocampo apologized and said that she was just being careful because she did not want to sound that she was just using this for the promotion of her new show.
“Gusto ko lang pong sabihin talaga na we’re happy right now at kung anuman po ang mga nangyari sa amin, sa amin na lang ‘yun,” the actress said, adding that they are not being selfish but this is just what they can share for now.
