Heart’s husband Senator Chiz Escudero replaced former Senate President Migz Zubiri. The Kapuso star was present during the oathtaking and she shared a post showing how proud she is of her husband as the new Senate President.
With this new milestone in Sen. Chiz’s career in politics, Heart will also have a new responsibility. The Senate President’s spouse will automatically lead the Senate Spouses Foundation Inc. and Heart will do this.
In an interview after the oathtaking, Sen. Chiz shared that his wife was panicky when she was told that she would lead the foundation now. However, the lawmaker shared that Heart has been learning the ins and outs of this responsibility.
