ABS-CBN has revealed plans to revive its sketch comedy show “Goin’ Bulilit” and will hold auditions for a new cast on May 25, almost five years after the show concluded in 2019.

As stated in their video announcement, auditions will take place at the ABS-CBN Audience Entrance in Quezon City from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Please note that only children aged five to ten years old are eligible to participate in the revival series.

The requirements for auditions include the child’s profile portfolio and printed photos showing both close-up and full-body shots. Additionally, children must be prepared to “sing, dance, act, and tell a joke.”

“Goin’ Bulilit” aired every Sunday night on the network’s Yes Weekend! block. The show featured child stars performing in various comedic sketches and segments, with adult actor Romeo “Dagul” Pastrana being the exception.

As the child stars age, they “graduate” from the show to pursue other projects. Dagul is the only permanent cast member, but it remains unconfirmed if he will return for the new season.

Several well-known celebrities who started their careers on “Goin’ Bulilit” include Kathryn Bernardo, Julia Montes, Miles Ocampo, Kiray Celis, Nash Aguas, Mika Dela Cruz, Alexa Ilacad, Belle Mariano, Zaijian Jaranilla, Andrea Brillantes, and others.

The series concluded in August 2019, with “Rated Korina” taking over its time slot. The revival is now set to air on ALLTV “very soon.”
