Rayver Cruz penned a heartfelt birthday message for his girlfriend, Julie Anne, expressing his affection with tender words on Friday.
“To my best friend, my constant, my soulmate and my love. Happy happy birthday to you! You are now officially 30 yay hehe! Couldn’t be more prouder mahal. Alam mo namang andito lang ako palagi sa tabi mo kahit ano mangyari.
