To make this delicious cold dessert, there are a few ingredients that you need to prepare. Here are the ingredients to make a dessert that can yield up to 10 satisfying servings:

  • 3 3/4 cup young Coconut strips
  • 20 ounces All-Purpose Cream
  • 12.5 ounces Condensed Milk
  • 7.5 ounces powdered gelatin
  • 15 drops Buko Pandan flavoring
  • 3 1/4 cups water
  • 5 scoops vanilla ice cream, optional
  • 1 1/4 cup cooked sago pearls, optional

How to make Buko Pandan? There are only a few steps and the process may take around 20 minutes excluding the cooling process. Here is a guide on how to make this delicious dessert:

Pour-in water in a bowl and add the powdered gelatin. Stir using a spoon until they have fully-combined. Add the Buko Pandan flavoring and continue stirring the mixture until the coloring is evenly distributed.

Pour-in the mixtured in a heated sauce pan and bring it to boil while continuously stirring it.

Transfer the mixture to a mold and allow it to cool. Once cooled, it must have a smooth texture. You may also place the mold inside a refrigerator to cool it faster. However, you need to reduce the temperature of the refrigerator before putting the mold in.

In a bowl, combine the cooked sago pearls, condensed milk, and the coconut strips. Mix them well. Afterwards, put it inside the refrigerator or freezer for a few hours to thicken the texture.

Slice the gelatin into 1 inch cubes. Add it into the mixture of the condensed milk, cream, sago, and coconut strips. Mix them gently and transfer your delicious Buko Pandan into a serving bowl.
