David Licauco says that he has matured already
Kapuso actor David Licauco talked about the priorities that he has now unlike the time when he was younger.
David is not just an actor, he is also a businessman. With how he balances his work in showbiz and his personal life, he shows a certain level of maturity. However, there was a time when he did not mind the more important things in life and just focused on things that gave him happiness at the moment.
In a recent interview, based on the article in GMA, David shared that those days when he was fondly having his night out were over.
David Licauco said that he has changed a lot since they did the movie G! LU. He started filming this movie with Derrick Monasterio, Enzo Pineda, Kiko Estrada, Teejay Marquez, at Ruru Madrid before the pandemic hit. The movie is set to be released in cinemas this coming April 24.
“Looking at that movie, siyempre, mami-miss mo na parang, ‘Oh, dati ito lang pala ang iniisip ko. Fresh pa ako diyan.’ Siyempre, kasi less pa yung stress natin,” David said about how he was when they started shooting this movie.
From that, he can say that he changed a lot. The actor said that he has matured and he now knows he has to fulfill his responsibilities.
“I have responsibilities now. Alam naman natin na kapag nagma-mature… Dati iniisip ko lang iinom ako, saan ako pupunta, ano ba yung show ko na next, ano ba yung movie kong gagawin, paano ako magiging ganito, pagkain, barkada,” he said.
David stressed that his focus now is concentrated on his showbiz career and his business. After doing his showbiz stints, he is thinking about his role as a businessman. In his busy schedule, he would have a certain time for his workout.
“Ngayon, bago ako pumunta rito, galing ako sa negosyo. Pagkatapos, magwo-workout pa ako kasi kailangan, e. ‘Tapos, mag-iisip na naman ako para sa negosyo ko. Wala na akong time gumimik,” David Licauco said.
