Here’s the message Zanjoe Marudo received from his mother-in-law.
Kapamilya actor Zanjoe Marudo was welcomed by actress Sylvia Sanchez to their happy family after he and Ria Atayde got married.
Celebrities Zanjoe Marudo and Ria Atayde were able to pull off a surprise wedding. It was held on the actress’ birthday which made everything about it extra special. It was the ‘best birthday ever’ as Ria tied the knot with Zanjoe.
Their civil wedding was held at the Quezon City Hall in a ceremony officiated by Mayor Joy Belmonte. This happened just a little over a month after their engagement announcement.
Among the celebrities spotted in the event were ex-couple Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, Darren Espanto, Joshua Garcia, Eula Valdez, Enchong Dee, Dominic Ochoa, Bayani Agbayani, Jane Oineza, RK Bagatsing, and LA Tenorio.
Recently speaking about this event and welcoming the actor to their family is Ria’s mother Sylvia Sanchez. In an Instagram post shared on Easter Sunday, the veteran actress penned a loving message to her son-in-law.
She expressed that she is deeply grateful for the man her daughter was given – “napakagandang regalo”. She described him as a good husband, respectful child, loving brother, and a responsible person.
She wrote that he is a “napakabuting asawa, marespetong bata, mapagmahal na kapatid, anak at napakaresponsableng tao”. She accordingly knew that the first time she saw them together, they are going to end up together. It’s her “mother’s instinct” feeding her that feeling.
The actress added, “mula noon welcome ka na sa pamilya namin 😄 ginawa mo ng official noong 3-23-24… Sabi nga ng Daddy [Art] mo sa speech nya, ang aming pangatlong lalaking anak😃 Kaya officially welcome to the Family Z anak ❤️”
In the comments, the actor has this reply, “Grateful for your family 🙏❤️ thank you Ma 🥹”
