Cristine Reyes Opens Up About Relationship W/ Marco Gumabao
CRISTINE REYES – Actress Cristine Reyes opened up about her relationship with hunk actor Marco Gumabao.
Actress and celebrity mom Cristine Reyes was featured in the recent vlog of Kapamilya broadcaster Karen Davila. The two discussed the actress’s past life, career, and love life. When Karen asked Cristine to describe her relationship with actor Marco Gumabao, she said it was “unexpected.”
“Unang-una ‘yun nga sinabi ko and alam naman ito ng mundo na mas gusto ko sana non-showbiz na, but you know, it’s unexpected,” she shared.
Cristine Reyes further expressed her happiness in her relationship with Marco Gumabao. “Having him and his family and knowing everybody like his cousins also, they’re very nice people,” she said.
The 35-year-old star also shared how her boyfriend brought her back to the church and admitted that she had grievances with God in the past.
“He brought me back to church kasi nagtampo ako kay Lord e kasi ‘yung past ko, church people rin sila. So parang feeling ko nagtampo ako do’n kay Lord na… ginagawa ko naman na nag-obey naman ako pero bakit ganito ‘yung nangyari. So when Marco came, he brought me back to church and I’m thankful,” she explained.
Karen was touched by Cristine’s story and asked the actress about the possibility of marrying Marco. “Is marriage around the corner?” the TV personality asked.
Cristine replied, “Tsaka na lang natin pag-usapan. Masyado pa kasing maaga.” She also mentioned that she and Marco have been together for a year.
Karen also asked Cristine why she and Marco chose to keep their relationship private.
“For me, it’s already out here so what’s the point ‘di ba. Or siguro let’s just say na my personality talaga, mas gusto ko quiet lang,” she responded.
