Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera received these kind words from veteran actress Marissa Delgado.
Marian has worked with a lot of people throughout her career in the entertainment industry. She has done hit TV series and movies in the past and she is set to have her teleserye comeback.
The actress will star in the series My Guardian Alien. A media conference was held just recently and Marian’s co-star Marissa shared something amusing.
Marissa Delgado plays the mother-in-law of Katherine, the character played by Marian Rivera. Based on the article in PEP, this is the first time they have worked together on a project.
When Marissa was asked about her experience working with Marian, people who attended the mediacon laughed as she said, “Okay naman. Okay naman, di ba?”
“Nung una, siyempre ako, una ko siyang makakatrabaho, nanonood lang ako sa kanya. Nginingitian ko at saka hello, hi,” Marissa shared. The veteran actress also said that Marian is so beautiful and slim. She thought that the younger actress is so fragile.
After they had their “beso-beso”, Marissa immediately went back to her area. Then, the veteran actress shared that they only had a few scenes together but eventually, they became closer and it was just more than just “hi and hello.” Marissa admitted that there was “takot.”
“At saka nung [una] natatakot ako, hindi na ngayon. Medyo ilag ako, siguro dahil tagahanga niya ako. Gandang-ganda ako sa batang ito,” the veteran actress said.
Marissa Delgado also stressed that everyone who admires Marian Rivera feels that way because of her personality, talent, and beauty. She added that it is a good thing because Marian has become an inspiration to many people.
My Guardian Alien will start airing on April 1 and Marian’s leading man is Gabby Concepcion.
