Kapuso actor Tom Rodriguez is happy to share that he is seeing someone right now but would not reveal more for this reason.
Former married couple Carla Abellana and Tom Rodriguez created quite a stir online when they separated shortly after tying the knot. It was a long and happy relationship which is people are wondering what went wrong for them to end something that could last.
Tom is ready to meet Carla again. He wished her well and in the recent interview he granted, he said, “I really wish her well. Every one of us deserves happiness and I truly wish that for her.”
In the same interview in Fast Talk With Boy Abunda, he opened up about his new relationship, his new inspiration. He has already confirmed when he came back that he is seeing someone but he’s mum about the details of this part of his life now.
He believes that love finds the person when he is ready but after everything he went through such as his failed marriage, he never thought it would happen to him again. He thought that he’d have his doors shut down forever but when it found him, that was when he was proved wrong.
However, this time around, he will keep most of it to himself. He intends to keep a low profile about his love life now as the previous ones were open to the public and they did not turn out beautifully.
“Sorry na nagdadamot ako. Not for bad reasons. Pero para sa akin lang, yun ang natutunan ko, to treasure and cherish what you do have,” he said.
When asked why he admitted it, he responded, “Why not?”
He stressed that he doesn’t want to live hiding, he just want to put up “healthy boundaries”. He would freely admit this but will not dive into the details.
