Former Kapamilya actress Liza Soberano is trying to penetrate in Hollywood and so far, she is doing good. The last event she attended was the Elton John’s annual Oscars party. This is an annual Oscars soiree hosted by British singer Elton John.
This year’s event was able to gather USD 10.8 million or Php 597 million. This record surpassed last year’s record by more than a million dollars.
David Furnish, Danny DeVito, Sharon Stone, Neil Patrick Harris, Donatella Versace, Heidi Klum, David Burtka, Zooey Deschanel, Tim Allen, Elizabeth Hurley, and Avril Lavigne were present. Joining this event was Soberano who turned heads with her stunning and elegant look.
Attending the party, she wore a classic white, halter-neck Stella McCartney dress. The dress’ neckline was embedded with rhinestones putting sparkles and adding a different texture to the whole look.
The price of her dress is USD 5,500 or over Php 300,000.00.
Matching her party dress was Jimmy Choo’s ivory-colored minaudière and pieces of silver from A. Jaffe. The clothing hugged her body smoothly and her makeup complemented the dress. The subtle touches of on her cheeks and strong colors on her eyes and lips spoke of elegance.
For her look, Maeve Reilly was her stylist, Diane Buzzetta was her make-up artist, and Renz Pangilinan did her beautiful locks.
In the event, some of the coveted items in the auction were two pairs of Chopard earrings from Maison’s collection, a Yamaha piano personally Elton’s sign, select Rolex watches from the singer’s collection and an early illustration by Andy Warhol.
To recall, Liza’s Hollywood debut was in the horror-comedy film Lisa Frankenstein.
