PCSO Responds To Raffy Tulfo’s Claims Of Bettor Winning 20 Times In A Month

PCSO Reply To Senator Raffy Tulfo’s Recent Statement

PCSO – Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) responded to Senator Raffy Tulfo’s allegations of bettor winning 20 times in a month.

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) refutes Senator Raffy Tulfo’s claim that a single individual has won the lotto jackpot 20 times. According to a statement released recently, PCSO states that Tulfo’s assumptions have sparked controversy but are groundless.

They clarify that the individual in question did not win any jackpot prizes in PCSO’s lotto draws, such as the 6/42 Regular, 6/45 Mega, 6/49 Super, 6/55 Grand, and 6/58 Ultra lotteries. Instead, they emphasize that this person only won in digit games.

PCSO asserts that the list mentioned by Tulfo originated from their office and should be interpreted correctly. They explain that the individual listed claimed lower-tier prizes in digit games on multiple occasions, not winning the jackpot lottery games. PCSO highlights that the focus should be on the claimant, not the frequency of their wins.

They clarify that the claimant’s reported 20 claims do not equate to winning 20 digit games.

“The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office would like to clear the observations raised by Sen. Raffy Tulfo about a person that had purportedly won the lottery games 20 times,” the PCSO said.

PCSO elaborates on their “paki-claim” system, allowing lotto outlet agents or winners’ representatives to collect minor prizes on behalf of the winners due to distance and identification issues. For larger prizes, winners must personally claim them at branch offices, presenting valid identification. Jackpot winners are required to claim their prizes in person at the PCSO main office for safety and security reasons.

PCSO reassures its commitment to fairness and integrity in gaming and emphasizes its dedication to ensuring the security of all winners.
