Celebrity couple Jessy Mendiola and Luis Manzano tied the knot for the second time in Palawan, in an intimate event. Three years after the civil wedding ceremony in Batangas, the celebrity couple tied the knot again after it has been canceled previously because of her pregnancy with Peanut.

LUIS MANZANO – Almost three years after their civil wedding ceremony, host Luis Manzano once again tied the knot with Jessy Mendiola.
Celebrity couple Luis Manzano and Jessy Mendiola experienced the fulfillment of a long-awaited dream as they celebrated their church wedding on February 15, nearly three years after they first tied the knot. The ceremony took place at Club Paradise in Coron, Palawan.
The couple’s wedding was officiated by Father Tito Caluag. Among the attendees were Mendiola’s family, who were finally able to join the joyous occasion, alongside Manzano’s parents, renowned actress Vilma Santos and Edu Manzano, and stepfather Ralph Recto.
Notable figures such as ABS-CBN CEO and president Carlo Katigbak, ABS-CBN COO Cory Vidanes, Luis Manzano’s manager June Rufino, Swatch’s Virgie Ramos, and Star Magic’s Alan Real served as principal sponsors.
Jessy Mendiola expressed her happiness at having her entire family present, a contrast to their civil wedding in 2021, where not everyone could attend. The couple’s daughter, Rosie, played the role of the “little bride” during the event.
The wedding party included Manzano’s stepbrother Ryan Recto as one of the best men and Jessy Mendiola’s sister Megan Tawile as one of the matrons of honor. Actress Alex Gonzaga and her husband, Batangas councilor Mikee Morada, had the honor of serving as candle bearers at the ceremony.
Jessy had previously hinted at special moments with Manzano and their daughter during their Valentine’s Day celebration in Palawan.
She had earlier confirmed their plans for a church wedding, describing it as an intimate ceremony. Mendiola shared that while they are not keeping it a secret, they are not actively publicizing it. She mentioned that Luis expressed his desire for her to have the wedding of her dreams, surrounded by family and with the presence of the Lord.
The couple initially tied the knot in a civil wedding on February 21, 2021, in Batangas. Their first child was born in December 2022.
