Daniel Padilla knows that there were fans who stopped supporting him
Supreme Idol Daniel Padilla reacted to fans who left him after the recent controversies about his love life.
Daniel’s breakup with Asia’s Superstar Kathryn Bernardo brought out a lot of controversies. Some fans blamed the actor for the end of their 11-year relationship as for them, he was at fault. In his statement after his contract signing with ABS-CBN, the actor thanked the KathNiel fandom.
Accusations also surfaced against the actor. He was linked to different female celebrities and accused of cheating while he and Kathryn were still together. The breakup divided the KathNiel fandom. Some chose to stan Kathryn alone and ditched Daniel while for some, there is no issue when they would support both of them individually.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Newsko, Daniel Padilla has this statement on fans who decided to discontinue supporting him. He said that he perfectly understands this choice.
The actor also showed appreciation for those who chose to stay with him. “Dun sa mga nag-move on na sa akin, it’s okay. Valid ‘yung gusto nilang maramdaman. Kung nararamdaman nila ‘yun, nararamdaman nila ‘yun. Hindi ko na sila mapipigilan. And ‘yung sa mga nandiyan pa rin para sa ‘kin, I appreciate them very, very much,” he said.
The actor also said that he does not want to make any comment or involve himself in all the controversies and accusations against him. He said that this is too personal for him and it was undesirable for him that people have their own opinions about this.
Meanwhile, in a previous article, Daniel Padilla said that he is not ready to love again yet. He said that he would focus on himself for now and his career. He is set to have a collaboration with Pinoy rock icon Ely Buendia.
